In 2012 a vision was given by God to open a dance studio and she did. In 2014 Sonya C. Boomer stepped out on faith and opened the doors of 3M’s.
Modern Creative Dance and Hip Hop Teacher
LETS GET CREATIVE!
Creative Dance is for small beginners. They learn the basic ballet, modern, and jazz. This prepares them for ballet 1 and hip hop. This is the class where they learn rhythm.
Modern is a fun class.
This class allows students to challenge their bodies. Modern consist of a lot of plies and deep stretches this class will have your children leaping and jumping all over the house.
Hip Hop is a dancer's favorite and we get loose and move freely join me on Thursdays at 8pm!
Intermediate Ballet is a class where you can excel in your knowledge, strength, core, flexibility, grace and balance as a dancer. Ballet being the most important dance genre and foundation of all dance, this class engages students in techniques that can be used to advance in other genres of dance like modern and contemporary. Ballet is the start to great success as dancer! Come join us! We have room for you at the barre.
Tap Dance Teacher
When the music stops and all you have is the rhythm in your heart and joy in your feet, then tap is for you. Whether it’s free-styling with no music or moving to the beat, tap allows the students to show off their ability to learn routines and will enhance skills in musicality, technique, flexibility, agility, and control.

Mr. Bolton is a Born Again Christian, Artistic Director of Adrain Bolton Dance Productions , an legendary world-renowned Master Dance Instructor, Choreographer, a recipient of the Alvin Ailey American Dance Center, Dance Theater of Harlem, Martha Graham Dance School, Duke Ellington School of Arts Dance Department, Jones Haywood School of Ballet, Jason Taylor Dance Theater, LaVerne Reed Dancers, DC Contemporary Dance Theater, Everyman Street Theater Company under the Directorship of Mike Malone and Dance Assistant for Louis Johnson. He has conducted Master Dance Workshops internationally and abroad. He has received Awards for International Conference of Blacks in Dance, Fellowship Grants from D.C. Commission of the Arts & Humanities, National Endowment for the Arts, DC Mayors Summer Youth Employment Program and DC Artworks. He was Guest Choreographer for Carnival Cruise Ship and Disney's American Teachers Honors Awards that was televised worldwide on the Disney Channel, additional to his many others complements.
